Going on with Photogrammetry i now have some Workflow to work with.
After taking the Pictures and getteing the 3D Model out from it i create a Low Poly Model. After that i Unwrapped the Low Poly Model and Projected the High Poly Model onto it. Now i can calculate Normla Maps, Height Maps, Texture Maps… etc.
I then imported all this MAps and the Low Poly Model into Unity3D. The Original High Poly Model was 4,6 Mio. Polys, the final Model in Unity is 3,5K Polys.
The whole Procedure is automated with some Scripts. The Low Poly Model is not perfect now but im working on it to get a better Unwrap of it.
